Terms of Service

Terms for custom growth-system work — not vague “AI magic.”

Last updated: July 10, 2026. Boring AI is operated by Tilton Group LLC. These terms cover use of the Boring AI website, support, previews, Stripe checkout links, paid implementation work, and custom deliverables.

01

What Boring AI sells

Boring AI sells custom service work: growth-system strategy, premium previews, landing pages, creative, follow-up systems, workflow maps, automation setup, implementation sprints, and related consulting or production support. Exact deliverables depend on the offer, checkout page, written scope, or approved follow-up agreement.

02

Payment and checkout

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Work starts after payment, scope confirmation, and any required safe access handoff. Checkout does not guarantee that every requested extra feature is included; the written scope controls.

03

Fulfillment and timelines

Custom work depends on scope, asset availability, client responsiveness, platform access, and revision rounds. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeline, but platform outages, missing client inputs, approval delays, or scope changes can change delivery dates.

04

Revisions and acceptance

Reasonable corrections tied to the accepted scope are included. New pages, new offers, new platforms, major redesigns, extra automations, or materially different strategy may require a separate quote or new sprint. If you approve a deliverable or use it publicly, it is treated as accepted except for defects we agree to fix.

05

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for truthful business information, rights to supplied assets, required approvals, platform access, legal compliance in your own business, and keeping credentials secure. Do not ask Boring AI to build misleading, unlawful, spam-heavy, deceptive, or regulated-data workflows outside agreed boundaries.

06

AI-assisted work

Boring AI uses AI and automation as production tools. Human review, operator judgment, and acceptance checks remain part of the process, but no AI-assisted system can guarantee a platform outcome, ad approval, search ranking, reply rate, revenue result, or customer behavior.

07

Refunds and cancellations

Deposits and sprint payments reserve service capacity. If you cancel before work starts, contact support for review. Once strategy, production, implementation, or custom work has started, refunds are limited to unused portions we agree are unearned, except where law requires otherwise. Delivered custom work is generally non-refundable.

08

Third-party platforms

Many deliverables depend on third-party platforms such as Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, email providers, analytics tools, or customer-owned websites. Their rules, outages, account reviews, and approval decisions are outside Boring AI control.

09

No guaranteed outcomes

Boring AI builds assets and systems. It does not guarantee sales, booked calls, ranking, platform approval, ad performance, inbox placement, owner replies, or revenue. Any forecasts or examples are estimates and planning inputs, not promises.

11

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as services change. The version posted at the time of purchase or use applies unless a later written agreement says otherwise. Continued use after updates means the updated terms apply.

Plain-text support address for account review: support@tryboringai.com.

12

Customer-service summary

Before purchase, review the checkout page, included deliverables, timeline, and any written scope. After purchase, support confirms the working path, collects only needed assets, and ships against the accepted scope. Customer approvals, missing assets, platform account reviews, and third-party outages can change launch timing. Boring AI will not quietly substitute a different product; if the path changes materially, we will say so and document the new path.

13

Governing law and liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the business relationship unless a required consumer protection law says otherwise.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tilton Group LLC, operating as Boring AI, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, platform-action, or business-interruption damages. The maximum liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim, except where law does not allow that limit.

14

Ownership, prohibited use, taxes, chargebacks, and order of precedence

Unless a written scope says otherwise, the customer receives a license to use final paid deliverables for its own business after payment clears. Boring AI may retain reusable know-how, templates, systems, non-customer-specific code patterns, and internal process assets. Drafts, rejected concepts, source workflows, and internal tooling are not transferred unless expressly included.

Customers may not use Boring AI deliverables for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, spam, credential-theft, regulated-data, or platform-abuse purposes. Taxes, platform fees, third-party subscriptions, and ad spend are the customer’s responsibility unless a written scope says they are included. If a chargeback is opened, support and fulfillment may pause while Stripe, the bank, and the parties review the dispute. If checkout copy, written scope, invoice, and these terms conflict, the most specific written purchase/scope document controls for that purchase.

15

Non-refundable build-slot deposits and AI OS guarantee

NON-REFUNDABLE build-slot deposit: the $1,500 selected-plan deposit and the $2,500 custom-scope build-slot deposit reserve production capacity, are applied to the approved scope, and are non-refundable once paid except where law requires otherwise or Boring AI separately agrees in writing before work starts.

AI OS guarantee: if the AI OS service does not recover at least 10 missed inquiries in 60 days, the next qualifying AI OS service months are free until the stated remedy is satisfied. The guarantee applies only when Boring AI has owner-approved missed-inquiry definitions, access to the business-owned inquiry records needed to measure recovery, approved scripts and booking windows, no material client-side access or response delays, and no prohibited/regulated workflow outside the written scope. It is not a guarantee of revenue, profit, ad approval, search ranking, medical, legal, financial, or regulated outcomes.
